NET WEIGH SCALES:
As pictured (right), these scales can be constructed of mild steel, stainless (or stainless contacts), or "Teflon", equipped with belt, gravity or gravity-vibratory or auger feeders, with either one, two or four weigh hoppers for bagging 12-26 bags (25kg) per minute @ +/- 1-2 ounces filling accuracies for either manual bagging systems, or for integration with horizontal form-fill-seal systems.
GROSS WEIGH SCALES:
For lower production bagging, gross weigh (weigh while filling) scales can be equipped with similar feeding systems, for up to some 10 bags/minute @ +/- 2-4 ounces accuracy.
WEIGH/COUNT SCALES:
For other, more specialized products where product count is important (food products, charcoal briquettes, hardwares, etc.), the PMB series scales can provide from 20-40 bags/minute speeds.
